At Simple Truths Club, we want you to love what you purchase.
We’re not a giant corporation.
We’re real people creating meaningful artwork and doing our best to treat customers the way we’d want to be treated.
If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A photo of the damage
A brief description
If the damage happened during shipping or production, we’ll replace it or make it right.
Easy enough.
Incorrect Orders
If we sent the wrong item, size, or product, that’s on us.
Let us know and we’ll fix it.
No arguments.
No drama.
No carrier pigeons required.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are generally non-refundable.
Why?
Because once a digital file is delivered, it can’t really be returned.
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, we’ll gladly help.
Custom Orders & Personal Messages
Custom products, personalized artwork, personal messages, audio recordings, and special requests are non-refundable once work has started or the item has been delivered.
These are created specifically for you.
Changed Your Mind?
Life happens.
If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help.
Once an item has been printed, produced, or shipped, refunds may not be available.
What We Don’t Refund
We generally cannot issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong size
Not reading the product description
Deciding your spouse didn’t actually want artwork for the living room
Discovering you spent your pizza money
Being in a bad mood
Chargebacks
Please don’t.
Seriously.
If there’s a problem, contact us first.
We’re reasonable people and we’ll do everything we can to make things right.
Filing a chargeback after receiving your order is a fast way to make everyone’s day worse.
Let’s just talk instead.
